Terms of Service

1. What the service does

You upload one letter (images or a single PDF) and pay €9.99. Our AI extracts the sender, any stated deadline, the letter's instruction and any stated consequences — and returns a plain-language restatement. The result is displayed on screen and also emailed to the address you provided.

2. What the service does not do

• We do not give legal, tax, immigration, or financial advice.
• We do not represent you before any German authority.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any extraction. AI systems make mistakes.

3. Your responsibilities

You must verify the sender, deadline, amount and required action by reading the original letter yourself or consulting a qualified Rechtsanwalt, Steuerberater, or the authority that issued the letter. Do not rely solely on Aplet's output for decisions with legal or financial consequences.

4. Payment and refunds

Price: €9.99 per letter, charged via Stripe. We refund you if the service fails to return a result due to a technical failure on our side. We do not refund for imperfect AI extractions — that is an inherent limitation of the service.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aplet and its operator (Easymaz) are not liable for any consequence of acting on, or failing to act on, an Aplet output — including missed deadlines, incorrect translations, or unsuccessful appeals. The service is provided on an "as is" basis. You use it at your own risk.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable at the provider's place of business. Mandatory consumer protection rights under your country of residence are not affected.
